Ouch!!!!!

My website is undergoing some changes right now, so don’t wonder if things look weird or things are missing or at a different place. I figured I have to make a few changed.. but more about this once I’m done. Also I was so busy writing and stuff that I found no time to upload any pictures yet.. it will provide, no worry. Right now mosquitoes are killing me!!!!! It is soooo fraking annoying! I hate it!! You almost can’t see them and they are so hard to catch, right now they are fixing the main door and it’s million degrees outside since days, so it’s horrible in here. Anyways, btw – I’ve been cooking every day since day two here!! I learned how to make beans, how to make rice taste better by adding certain things to the water, I’ve made a kind of scrambled egg-milk-sugar-salt thing that I put into corn-tortillas, I’ve learned how to make Mexican Chorizo, with potatoes, tomatoes, onions, Chorizo sausage, Avocado and tortilla bread, I’ve made basic oatmeal with cinemon and sugar, and I think this was about it. And most of it worked out the first time, except half a bag of beans because I let them over night in the water but waited too long and they started growing.. anyways. I’ve really learned something here.

Talk to you soon! And btw:

  • What a colorful life you live Marco! Hay I learned why when people hyperventilate they breathe into that brown paper bag. If my memory serves me well, it’s because we need at least a little bit of carbon dioxide (CO2). It’s a natural response to abnormally low levels of CO2. So if you breathe into a paper bag and breathe that same air back in, it helps you to breathe in more CO2. Did eYe learn something or did eYe learn SUMTHIN!
Hey do you remember that last time when we drove past University St. in Toronto heading east and the light was red, and then it turned green? THOSE WERE SOME AMAZING TIMES WEREN’T THEY? :)

  • Yes exactly or the other time as we went east on Dundas and then drove north! Amazing! lol, can’t believe you brought this up!! I actually wrote it down somewhere, promissing myself one day I will quote us on that! And thanks for the CO2 info, my guess was that having a bag would limit the amount of air you can breath in, so you would be ‘forced’ to breath regular.. Well, I did learn something!!
